Why is Workflare free for small teams?
We believe every business should have access to enterprise-grade tools. Teams of up to 5 users get full access at no cost — that's enough for most startups and small businesses to get real value before they grow.
How does the €2/user pricing work?
Once your team exceeds 5 users, you pay €2 per month for each additional user beyond the free 5. The first 5 users are always free. So a team of 12 would pay €14/month — 7 paid users at €2 each plus 5 free.
What about infrastructure costs?
Workflare deploys to your own Cloudflare account. You pay Cloudflare directly for compute and storage — their free tier covers most small teams. Even at scale, infrastructure costs are typically a fraction of traditional SaaS pricing.
Do marketplace apps cost extra?
All 43 first-party apps are included in your plan at no extra charge. Third-party publishers on the marketplace set their own pricing — you'll find both free community apps and premium solutions. You only pay for what you choose to install.
What are private custom apps?
Enterprise plans let you build and deploy apps that are private to your organization — they won't appear on the public marketplace. Ideal for internal tools, proprietary workflows, or industry-specific processes that are unique to your business.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. Your D1 databases are standard SQLite files in your Cloudflare account. You can export them at any time — there's no lock-in.
